We have partnered with several delivery partners depending on the location and the pincode it usually takes 5 to 10 business days from the day your product is shipped. For rural areas it may take longer depending on the location,.

Your order with standard products can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. We usually process all orders within a couple of hours of it being placed. So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest.

It depends on the status of your order at that time of request. Get in touch with us within 24-48 hours after placing the order for changes.

We at Littles’ Planet, strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. While there is no option to return orders as the products are customized according to your specific needs, however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.

In case you receive a product in damaged condition, you have to inform our team immediately for further procedure. Depending upon the product, decision will be taken by our team regarding it.  Littles’ Planet has right to take final decision.

In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours, please contact us. Our team will help you with the order.

Debit cards: We accept all debit cards including Visa, Master & Maestro. We also accept all domestic & international debit cards

Internet banking: We accept net banking payments for all domestic accounts. We do not have net banking facility for international accounts

Wallets: We are continuously adding more & more wallets as payment options to help our customers. We accept payments through all major wallets.

It usually take 7-15 working days for the amount to get credited back to your account. Some banks may take extra 1 or 2 days to process it.

If your account isn’t charged you can place a new order or contact us directly to confirm the order.

Yes, COD is available on orders below Rs 5000.
